Private money with a native asset layer.
Cindel is a Monero-derived chain hardened with a native asset layer, CinderPow proof-of-work, zero premine, and a single 5% per-block dev fee on the base reward. The public testnet is live now. Mainnet is gated on independent review, soak, and signed multi-platform releases.

- Fair launch. Zero premine, no presale. Genesis block emits zero coins.
- 5% dev fee. A single 5% per-block fee on the base reward funds development. No other claims on emission.
- CinderPow. GPU-friendly proof-of-work with on-device scratchpad and an OpenCL reference miner.
- Native assets. Public, sealed, sub, and unique asset modes baked into the consensus layer, with private transfers via RingCT-adjacent commitments.
- Open infrastructure. Daemon, web wallet, pool, faucet, explorer, monitor, miner — all in one source tree.
- Public testnet first. Mainnet is intentionally gated on independent review, soak, and signed multi-platform releases.
